Portlock man arrested for allegedly abusing woman
Police arrested a 39-year-old Portlock man Wednesday morning for allegedly abusing a 37-year-old woman the night before.
Police said that between 7 and 8 p.m. Tuesday the man allegedly put his hands around the woman’s neck and restricted her breathing.
Police said the two live together.
