Authorities yesterday charged a 31-year-old man with first-degree terroristic threatening an second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
Police arrested Brent Moriguchi for allegedly threatening his 41-year-old girlfriend at 4:30 p.m. Monday with a large knife and restricted her from leaving their Waikiki apartment.
His bail was set at $100,000.
