Police arrested a 32-year-old Waikiki man for allegedly robbing an Ala Moana-area store Friday.
Police said store security caught the man allegedly shoplifting merchandise. He then allegedly used force against the security guards, and fled with the merchandise, police said.
The security personnel sustained minor injuries, police said.
Police later found the man and he was identified and arrested on suspicion of second-degree robbery.
