Pearl Harbor sex assault case turned over to NCIS
Honolulu police say a 20-year-old man allegedly sexually assaulted a 18-year-old woman 8:45 p.m.Monday at Pearl Harbor Naval Base.
Police said no one was arrested, and no positive identification has been made.
The case was turned over to the Navy Criminal Investigative Service for further investigation.
