Man charged for allegedly smashing ex-girlfriend’s windshield

A 35-year-old northern California man was charged Monday with criminal property damage and terroristic threatening after he allegedly smashed the windshield of his ex-girlfriend’s car during an argument.

Police said Neal Fujio, who listed an Oakland address, got into an argument with his 35-year-old former girlfriend in the university area Monday morning. During the argument the suspect jumped on to the hood of the victim’s car and began striking the windshield with his fist, shattering the glass.

Fujio was charged with second-degree terroristic threatening and third-degree criminal property damage.
