Two people were seriously injured Friday in a two-car collision on Kaukonahua Road in Poamoho.
The collision occurred about 4:50 p.m.
Both patients — a 56-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy — were transferred by Emergency Medical Services to a local trauma center.
A 46-year-old woman refused treatment at the scene.
