Police arrest Wahiawa man for allegedly assaulting woman
Police arrested a 36-year-old Wahiawa man Friday morning after he allegedly assaulted a 36-year-old woman during an argument.
The two were engaged in a verbal argument when the suspect allegedly kicked the victim and struck her face as he attempted to knock away the mobile phone she was using.
Police determined that the suspect had abused the victim before and arrested him on suspicion of felony abuse of a household member as a repeat offender.
