Teenager arrested in Waikiki for alleged assault on police officer
A 25-year-old man was arrested early this morning at a Waikiki hotel when he allegedly choked his father during an argument.
Police arrested an 18-year-old man in Waikiki Saturday night after he allegedly assauted a police officer.
The assault happened around 9:30 p.m. while the officer was “engaged in the performance of duty,” police said.
The suspect was being held on suspicion of first-degree assault pending further investigation.
