Mililani woman charged in Cinco de Mayo assault
A 31-year-old Mililani woman has been charged with assaulting another woman during an argument Saturday night in Chinatown.
Christie Woods was charged with second-degree assault following an argument that occurred at 9:44 p.m. Her bail was set at $11,000. She was arrested an hour later at Nuuanu Avenue and Pauahi Street.
Hotel Street and Nuuanu Avenue were closed from 5 to 10 p.m. Saturday for the downtown Cinco de Mayo street festival.
