Also, the Caldwell administration has retained Steve Goodenow of the Hawaii Investigative Group LLC to look into allegations of improper city dealings with ORI. The Friday article and a Page A1 Thursday story reported that the city had retained the firm Goodenow & Associates, based on information provided by Mayor Kirk Caldwell.
