Fleaquest.com

What it does: FleaQuest.com is a national guide to the best vintage markets, architectural salvage centers, flea markets and more.

» What’s hot: You can search by state or from five to 50 miles within an American city. When I tested my hometown of Carlsbad, near San Diego, I was excited to find all sorts of vintage shops, specialty antique stores and flea markets I hadn’t heard of. You can even get a Google map and directions to their locations. I also searched travel destinations I was headed to and, sure enough, I had a list of shops ready for me.

» What’s not: The Filtering Results bar was inconsistent. Keyword Search for destinations almost never worked for me, nor did Road Trips & Events. When I individually selected other events, such as Flea Markets and Antique Shows, Vintage Occasional Sales, etc., and cleared everything so there were no state or date specifics, I still didn’t get any results. However, when I inserted a state or a city with a radius, that worked great.

» Worth it: It is still in beta, so I’ll keep this website as one to watch, but I’m excited about it.
