Kauai police search for man who went missing at airport

  • Richard Leibman

The Kauai Police Department is asking for the public to help find a man who went missing from Lihue Airport nearly two months ago, county officials said.

Thirty-five-year-old Richard Leibman was last seen at the airport on July 23 when he and his mother were scheduled to catch a flight home to Texas. Officials said he has not contacted any family member since.

Leibman stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He has blue eyes and light brown hair.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call KPD Dispatch at 241-1711; the Investigative Services Bureau at 241-1696; or Crime Stoppers at 241-1887.
