Police arrested an 18-year-old Kailua man early Thursday after he allegedly plowed into the front of a convenience store in Kailua.
The crash occurred at 7-Eleven located at 1247 Kailua Road. The driver was operating a two-door 1999 Honda Accord when he crashed into the store at about 1:45 a.m. Police said there were no injuries.
Officers located the driver a short time later in the Kailua area and arrested him under the suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant.
