A 71-year-old man died Wednesday night after falling into Nuuanu Stream, police said.
Witnesses told police that the man fell into the stream near River and Pauahi streets at 7:21 p.m.
Firefighters and police pulled the man from the stream, and he later became unresponsive and was taken to a hospital, where he died, police said.
