State sheriffs and the Honolulu police are looking for Raphael Hernandez, an escapee from the Waiawa Correctional Facility.

Hernandez, a 32-year-old minimum security inmate, was last seen during the 4 a.m. headcount Saturday. He was reported missing at the next headcount at about 6 a.m.

He is 6 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.

Hernandez is serving a 5-year sentence for promotion of a dangerous drug. His sentence is scheduled to end March 30, 2016.  But he will face escape charges when he is captured, officials said.
