Town-bound lanes of Farrington Highway in Waipahu reopened
All town-bound lanes of Farrington Highway in front of Waipahu High School have been reopened after downed utility poles were cleared from the roadway this morning.
Police announced the closure just before 4:30 a.m. but said the lanes were reopened half an hour later.
