Moanalua freeway onramp near Fort Shafter reopens
Police reopened the Kaua Street onramp to the Moanalua freeway near Fort Shafter after crews removed a fallen tree.
The Ewa-bound lanes were closed at about 10:50 a.m. Friday while crews removed the tree.
Police said the road reopened by noon.
