Iwilei man charged with assaulting another man
Prosecutors charged Thursday a 43-year-old Iwilei man with second-degree assault.
Police said Emani Vili allegedly assaulted another 43-year-old man at 10:08 p.m. Tuesday, causing substantial injuries.
Police arrested Vili shortly after the attack. His bail was set at $25,000.
