Saving for your dream trip just got easier with this website.
» Cost: $7.95 fee to print and mail your Travel Savings Card to you
» What it does: Helps you achieve your travel goals by providing a system for saving money and organizing your travel budget. As a special bonus, it offers tools to book your trip and discover deals, too.
» What’s hot: Saving money for travel is hard, but Outski helps you create and fund a virtual savings account by automatically debiting money from your checking or savings account. It then lets you spend your funds with a Travel Savings Card, which acts like a credit card. It took less than a minute to figure out how much money I needed for my daughter’s first trip to Disneyland and how much I need to save each month to reach that amount. I also appreciated the flexibility of booking my travel on its site or anywhere else I wanted.
» What’s not: The site is in beta, so you might need to be patient. I thought I could get a Visa brand Travel Savings Card, but when I signed up, all that was available was Discover. Visa was coming soon. It’s also talking about a deal that will allow you to pay over time for an all-inclusive trip such as a cruise.
