Man charged with sexually assaulting woman in Kapolei
Prosecutors charged a 28-year-old man with no local address Thursday with sexually assaulting a 30-year-old woman in Kapolei.
Antony Billy was charged with three counts of first-degree sexual assault, one count of attempted sexual assault and two counts of third-degree sexual assault.
Police said the woman reported she was sexually assaulted by the suspect 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Officers arrested him two and a half hours later.
His bail was set at $250,000.
