Police investigate crash involving wrong-way driver on H-1
Police said there was a report of a crash on the H-1 freeway caused by a driver going the wrong way in the westbound lanes near the Likelike Highway offramp in Kalihi on Monday.
But when Emergency Medical Services personnel arrived at the scene, they could not find injured people. The crash was reported at 9:42 p.m.
