Traffic will be heavy along Dole Street this week as University of Hawaii students begin to move into dorms on the Manoa campus.
University students are allowed to move into dorms starting at 8 a.m. Tuesday.
Orientation programs will be held through Sunday.
Fall classes begin Aug. 25.
