A 34-year-old Nanakuli man was in police custody after he allegedly injured his 3-year-old nephew during an argument with his sister.
Police said the man argued with his 31-year-old sister Saturday afternoon. During the argument, he allegedly threw a plate at his sister. hitting her right thigh. When the man left the house, he hit a louvered glass window and pieces of glass hit the boy’s head causing a small cut, police said.
Officers located the man near Farrington Highway Sunday morning and arrested him on suspicion of first-degree criminal property damage and abuse.
