Man charged with credit card forgery, theft
A 25-year-old man was arrested after he returned to an Ala Moana business where he had allegedly used a fraudulent credit card, Honolulu police said.
Weixiang Shi was charged Tuesday with one count of credit card forgery and also of second-degree theft. His bail was set at $100,000.
Police said the suspect tried to make a purchase on Oct. 13 at about 4:30 p.m. but left the store before officers arrived.
He was arrested Sunday, after returning to the store.
