Body found floating in ocean off Nimitz highway identified
The Medical Examiner’s office has identified the 72-year-old man whose body was found in the ocean off Nimitz highway last week as Ralph Allen.
Police have classified the matter as an unattended death, pending the outcome of further tests which could take up to eight weeks.
Allen’s body was recovered by harbor police after it was found floating in the ocean Oct. 23 off Nimitz highway, police said.
