Alexander & Baldwin Inc. has acquired the Kakaako Commerce Center near the Imperial Plaza for $39 million.
The Honolulu-based company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it completed the transaction of the 204,000-square-foot light industrial property on Monday.
Plans for the building weren’t disclosed. Officials of A&B didn’t immediately return calls for comment.
