Police arrested a 36-year-old Pearl City man Thursday morning on suspicion of second-degree attempted murder of two women at his home.

He was also arrested on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening.

Police said the man allegedly tried to injure between 8 a.m. and 9:22 a.m. a 36-year-old woman, with whom he is in a relationship, with a dangerous instrument.

A 53-year-old woman tried to intervene, and the man allegedly threatened her with the same dangerous instrument, police said.

Police found and arrested the man at 9:56 a.m. without incident.
