Work furlough inmate arrested in Makiki
Police have arrested a 28-year-old inmate who had failed to return from a work furlough program Oct. 8 in Kalihi.
The woman was found Thursday afternoon at a Makiki apartment and arrested on suspicion of second-degree escape.
