2 pedestrians injured in separate crashes on Oahu

Two pedestrians were struck by cars in separate incidents Sunday morning, according to an Emergency Medical Services report.

The first incident happened on Liliha Street and Bates Street at 5:49 a.m. An 87-year-old woman was struck by a car. She was transported to the hospital in serious condition.

At 6:46 a.m., a 74-year-old man was hit by a car on the corner of University Avenue and Maile Way. He was also taken to the hospital in serious condition.
