A 38-year-old Kahuku man was arrested on suspicion of burglary after he was caught him peering into a home early Saturday morning in Laie, police said.

The suspect was seen by a 37-year-old man who heard a noise outside his bathroom window and went to investigate at about 3:20 a.m.

Police said the younger man saw one louvre removed and the suspect peering in.

Patrol officers found the suspect near Iosepa and Kulanui streets at about 4:20 a.m. and arrested him for investigation of first-degree burglary.
