A 40-year-old Waianae man was charged Monday with breaking into the apartment of his estranged wife and allegedly attacking a man.
The incident occurred just after 9:30 a.m. Saturday when Carlos Alimoot broke into the home of his 41-year-old estranged wife and threatened to kill a 30-year-old man, police said.
The suspect and the other man fought and caused damages to the apartment, police said.
Alimoot was arrested and charged with first-degree terroristic threatening first-degree burglary. His bail was set at $75,000.
