Female softball pitcher seriously injured when hit by ball
A 15-year-old female softball pitcher was reported in serious condition Monday afternoon after being hit by a ball at Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park in Waipio, according to Emergency Medical Services.
Paramedics took the girl to a hospital in serious condition.
The incident was reported about 3:40 p.m., and details were not available.
