Man who drowned off Makaha is identified
A 55-year-old homeless man drowned Thursday after getting into trouble in the waters of Turtle Beach in Makaha.
The Medical Examiner’s office identified the victim as Wayne Fleming and determined the cause of death as drowning.
Paramedics took Fleming in critical condition to the hospital, where he died.
