A 31-year-old man has been charged with sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Makaha.
Philip Leonin Rodrigues, of Noholio Road, was charged Friday with second-degree sexual assault.
His bail was set at $75,000.
Police said the victim reported being sexually assaulted by Leonin Rodrigues and a 15-year-old boy while socializing at the Leonin Rodrigues’ home.
Leonin Rodrigues and the boy were arrested at Leonin Rodrigues’ home on Thursday afternoon.
