Ten students at Iroquois Point Elementary School reported feeling ill Tuesday from noxious fumes that turned out to be bleach. 

Emergency Medical Services personnel said that at about 11:34 a.m., 10 students between the ages of 9-and-11 years old were reported ill from and unknown substance that was later determined to be a “Clorox-type” bleach that had been used in a classroom. 

The students were checked by paramedics and there was no serious exposure to any hazardous substance. 

None of the student were transported or received medical treatment.
