Woman seriously injured in H-1 motorcycle accident
A woman who appeared to be about 50 years old was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash on the H-1 Freeway in Pearl City Sunday afternoon, according to an Emergency Medical Services report.
The accident happened at about 2:30 p.m. in the ewa-bound lanes near the Kaahumanu Street offramp.
The woman motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was sideswiped by another vehicle, the EMS report said.
Paramedics treated and took the woman to the hospital in serious condition.
