Missing OCCC work furlough inmate turns himself in to police

Missing Oahu Community Correctional Center work furlough inmate Michael Draper turned himself into police Saturday, the Department of Public Safety said.

Draper, 47 left Module 20 at 7:30 p.m. April 25.

 He was supposed to return from work the next morning. Sheriffs and Honolulu Police were notified. 

Draper is serving time for theft. His next parole hearing is scheduled this month, when he will face an additional escape charge.
