Kalanianaole Highway lanes reopened after leaky water line repair

ThIs Honolulu traffic camera image shows crews working on a leaking water line in Niu Valley Friday morning.
Two lanes of Kalanianaole Highway at Halemaumau Street in the Koko Head-direction were reopened about 9 p.m. Friday some 15 hours after a leaking water line was reported.
The leak is on a connector line to a 16–inch water main. One customer was without water.
The leak was reported Thursday afternoon as a wet spot on the road.
