The medical examiner identified an 83-year-old Kaimuki woman who died after hitting a bicyclist and a wall at the Straub Clinc & Hospital with her vehicle.
The cause of death for Charlotte Tamai was not released.
Police said Tamai turned from King Street into Straub at 7:40 a.m. Wednesday when she hit a 29-year-man riding a bicycle in the Koko Head direction and crashed into a wall.
The bicyclist suffered minor injuries.
Tamai was hospitalized in critical condition and died
