» City Resolution 15-72, by Councilman Ikaika Anderson, allows no more than 442 bed-and-breakfast establishments in any one of the nine Honolulu City Council districts. Additionally, it allows a permittee only one permit, and only on the home in which a property tax home exemption was received. The permittee must also own the home and live in it, pay a $2,000 fee for a two-year permit and is subject to revocation of the permit after three violations. Advertising would require the permit’s number. Incorrect and incomplete information was given in a story on Page B3 Friday.
