Kailua man arrested in choking incident
A 29-year-old man Kailua man is in custody after he allegedly threatened another man and then tried to choke him Sunday night.
Officers arrested the suspect in his Keolu Drive home at 6:10 p.m. on suspicion of attempted murder.
The police report did not say if the 54-year-old victim needed medical treatment.
The suspect has not been charged.
