Hawaii County police look for suspect who escaped during arrest

Hawaii County police are looking for a 22-year-old Honomu man who escaped from police during an arrest Tuesday.

Police were arresting Dillion Revilla 5 p.m. Tuesday on suspicion of a firearms offense at Kamaee Falls in the Ninole area when he slipped out of police custody while handcuffed, and fled on foot.

He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police nonemergency number at 935-3311.

Anonymous tips may be made to CrimeStoppers at 961-8300.
