    Police shut down two lanes fronting 2220 S. King St.

Police are responding to a pedestrian accident in Moiliili.

Emergency Medical Services said the 86-year-old pedestrian was in serious condition after he was struck at 1:55 p.m. by a moped.

Paramedics treated the man, and he was transported by ambulance to a hospital.

Police shut down two lanes fronting 2220 S. King St. to investigate. The lanes were reopened around 4:30 p.m.
