A portion of Hotel Street and Fort Street Mall closed Sunday afternoon by an underground electrical fire reopened Monday morning.
Police said Hotel Street between Alakea to Bethel Street reopened for vehicles and the Fort Street Mall reopened for pedestrians by 4 a.m.
The closures happened at about 11:18 a.m.
