Swimmer rescued at Waikiki beach in critical condition
A man in his 60s was pulled from the water in Waikiki today and taken by paramedics to the hospital in critical condition.
Emergency Medical Services said the incident was reported at 7:30 a.m. at the beach fronting Kalakaua and Liliuokalani avenues before lifeguards reported to work.
The victim was unconscious when he was taken to the hospital.
