Firefighters cleaned foam that spilled out of a city fountain located at Kapiolani Blvd. and King St. (Courtesy Hawaii News Now)
It took four firefighters less than 44 minutes to clean a city fountain at Kapiolani Boulevard and King Street this morning of foam.
Police called firefighters at 6:01 a.m. after someone dumped soap or detergent into the fountain, which spilled out on to the sidewalk.
