Likelike Highway Honolulu-bound to close for tunnel cleaning
The Likelike Highway will be closed tonight through Sunday morning in the Honolulu-bound direction for tunnel cleaning and maintenance, the state Department of Transportation said.
The closure will be in effect from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. between the Kahekili Highway and Valley View Drive.
Motorists are advised to plan ahead and use alternate routes such as the H-3 freeway and Pali Highway. Roadward is weather permitting, officials said.
