Suspected teen thief allegedly attacks moped owner in Chinatown

A 16-year-old boy has been turned over to Family Court after he allegedly attacked the owner of a moped who was trying to stop him from taking the vehicle.

Police said the incident occurred just before 3 p.m. Sunday in Chinatown.

The youth was arrested on suspicion of second-degree theft and third-degree assault.

    Need personal gun carry. Cops are never present when needed. Even when they have a station near by.

      Sadly, laws cannot protect you. Laws are a deterrent only for those who fear punishment after the fact. Justice is also blind so be ready to prove that a perp was out to get you if you shoot em. Don’t just shoot a Jehovah Witness when they pound on your door on a Saturday morning.
