Not the first time. Happened on Sheridan a few months or years ago. who are these troublemakers?
There have been a number of these incidents over the past couple years in the Keeaumoku/Sheridan street areas. Makes you wonder why HPD is not flooding the area with
police patrols as a visible deterrent to what appears to be a rowdy and criminal element that seems to hang in the area. It appears to me from what I have observed, HPD is overly
focused on DUI arrests in the area and it seems little interested in anything else.
Too much batu!
