Felon arrested on firearm offenses in Kalihi
A 39-year-old felon was arrested Friday on suspicion of several firearm offenses after an officer noticed he was in illegal possession of a pistol in Kalihi, police said.
The officer discovered the pistol while arresting the man for trespass on Haka Drive about 2 a.m. Friday, police said.
Police arrested the man, of no local address, for investigation of trespass, a drug offense, and several firearm offenses, including felon in possession of a firearm.
